Il materasso “Orior” è il prodotto di punta della nostra gamma. Di fattura squisitamente artigianale, contenente materiali di primissima qualità, è stato ideato e progettato per essere un materasso estremamente elegante. Il valore aggiunto che lo rende impareggiabile è il suo contenuto. Visibile nel tessuto come nelle finiture, contiene al suo interno materie naturali di altissima ricercatezza.
In questo prodotto racchiudiamo il meglio dei materiali e l’estrema cura nella dedizione dei dettagli. Offriamo così al cliente finale quanto di più genuinamente naturale si possa reperire sul mercato, con l’aggiunta della completa personalizzazione del prodotto. A riprova di durata e specificità aggiuntiva viene integrato nel molleggio principale bonnel un telaio perimetrale in piattina di acciaio che dona l’aspetto squadrato di taglio moderno al materasso. Il suddetto molleggio di diametro filo 2.4mm di densità da 130mq è stato scelto in seguito alla realizzazione di una serie di prototipi in quanto più idoneo per la resistenza al calore ed il comportamento alla compressione nel medio e lungo
termine. Si ottimizza così la durata nel tempo di Orior, insieme alla qualità percepita, dagli strati di “Natural MemoryⓇ” sia sul lato estivo che invernale.
Orior è il culmine della nostra ricerca nel progettare con il nostro marchio un materasso senza eguali come comfort, naturalezza, qualità dei materiali e durata nel tempo.

The "Orior" mattress is the flagship product of our range. Exquisitely crafted, containing the highest quality materials, has been conceived and designed to be an extremely elegant mattress. The added value that makes it incomparable is its content. Visible on the fabric as well as finishes, it contains the highest refinement of natural materials.

In this product we enclose the best of materials and the extreme care in dedication to detail. Thus we offer the final customer the most natural and genuine non industrialized product available on the market, with the addition of a possible product customization. As evidence of duration and additional specificity is integrated into the main Bonnell springing a perimeter frame of steel strip that gives the square appearance of the modern cut mattress. The said spring system of the wire diameter of 2.4mm by 130mt.sq density was chosen following the completion of a series of prototypes as most suitable for the heat resistance and the behavior to compression in the medium and long term. It thus optimizes the duration in time of Orior, together with the perceived quality, from the layers of 'Natural MemoryⓇ "on both summer and winter sides.

Orior is the culmination of our quest to design with our brand a mattress of unequaled comfort, naturalness, quality of materials and durability. The fabric, also available in other variants at the discretion of the customer, is a satin damask 5.

Arethusa

Arethusa è un materasso naturale di alta qualità realizzato a mano, di costruzione identica alla versione “Orior”, progettato per uno scopo funzionale e quindi per un contesto di alta modernità.

Quello che contraddistingue “Arethusa” da “Orior” sono i materiali usati per la confezione del materasso.
Arethusa rispetto al modello di punta “Orior” integra una selezione di lane pregiate, ognuna con le sue peculiarità, per lo strato invernale.  Il lato estivo invece unisce la freschezza del puro cotone alla morbidezza della fibra di bamboo esaltata dalla resa del nostro “Natural MemoryⓇ”.
Quest’ultimo viene coniato da noi di tale nominativo in quanto abbiamo progettato una architettura esclusiva di cinque molleggi stratificati che vanno a rendere lo stesso effetto del memory industriale ma con la differenza della sola presenza di interposti naturali. Il vantaggio di questa composizione è quindi semplicemente caratterizzato dalla eco-compatibilità dei materiali utilizzati uniti alla resa duratura del molleggio al calore unita alla traspirazione offerta soltanto da questo tipo di architettura.

Arethusa is a natural handmade mattress of high quality standards, built identically to the version "Orior", designed for a functional purpose and therefore to fit into a high modernity context.

What distinguishes "Arethusa" by "Orior" are the materials used for the packaging of the mattress.

Arethusa compared to the flagship model "Orior" integrates a selection of fine wools, each with its peculiarities, for the winter side. While for the summer one, it combines the freshness of pure cotton with the softness of bamboo fiber, each side enhanced by the performance of our "Natural MemoryⓇ".
The latter is of such a name coined by it is due to the fact that we have designed a unique architecture of five laminated spring units that go to make the same effect of the industrial memory but with the difference of the mere presence of natural interposed. The advantage of this composition is then simply characterized by the eco-compatibility of the materials used united by the resistance to heat of the springing with the breathability offered only by this type of architecture.

The fabric, also available in other variants at the discretion of the customer, is a damask Yuta.

Ulisse

L’abbiamo denominato “Ulisse” perche’ come tutti sanno, Penelope riconobbe il marito in quanto palesò di conoscere perfettamente il suo letto nuziale, inamovibile perchè costruito sulle radici di una antica pianta. Per noi offrire al pubblico il materasso di sempre, con tutti I suoi pregi naturali, è un punto di orgoglio per la nostra azienda storicamente importatrice di lane inglesi. Abbiamo però modernizzato la confezione con una trapuntatura doppia che consente al materasso stesso di apparire squadrato ed uniforme oltre ad essere più compatto.

The mattress in pure English wool.

We called "Ulysses" because as everyone knows, Andromache recognized the husband as it showed itself fully aware of his marriage bed, which was unmovable as it was built on the roots of an ancient tree. For us to offer the public the historically established mattress, with all of its natural qualities, it is a point of pride for our company historic importer of English wool since 1932. However, we have modernized the packaging with a double quilting that allows the mattress itself to appear square and uniform as well as being more solid and compact.

Cheval

Anticamente I nostri nonni, amavano confezionare per le culle dei nuovi nati piccoli materassi di tessuto di puro cotone e contenenti crine di cavallo strecciato. Ritenevano a ragione che la giovane creatura giacendo su di esso beneficiava durante l’estate di una freschezza unica che gli impediva delle sudorazioni eccessive. Sulla falsa riga di questa tradizione abbiamo pensato ad una confezione anch’essa modernizzata di un materasso interamente di crine di cavallo biondo inglese che offre freschezza, traspirazione e assorbimento di quell’umidità che tanto nuoce al fisico umano.
I nostri artigiani hanno provveduto con le loro maestrie ad offrirvi così il meglio.

Formerly our grandparents loved to make small mattresses of pure cotton fabric and torn horsehair for the cradles of newborns. Rightly they believed that the young creature lying about it benefited during the summer a unique freshness that kept him from excessive sweating. Along the lines of this tradition we have designed a package of a modernized mattress full of blond English horsehair that offers freshness, breathability and absorption of humidity, which is harmful to the human body.

Nuvola

Il materasso “Nuvola” è il supplemento, cosiddetto “top” alla nostra gamma di materassi.
La sua caratteristica e’ quella di seguire la forma del corpo dando una sensazione di assoluto relax.
Il fattore che rende speciale questo materasso addizionale, da noi sviluppato e realizzato, è l’integrazione di un molleggio “micro” non percepibile in quanto avvolto dalla fibra di bamboo. Quindi essenziale nella sua funzione ma non percepibile.
Come scelta aggiuntiva per il cliente, viene data anche qui, la possibilità di avere il top con due lati differenziati. Questo per offrire una ulteriore funzione di utilizzo, offrendo un lato extra soffice da una parte ad un lato più fresco evidenziato da una fettuccia azzurra.

Nuvola quindi é l’integrazione essenziale per chi cerca l’assoluta eccellenza nel sano dormire.

THE INCOMPARABLY SOFT TOP

The "Cloud" mattress is, our exclusively designed supplement, the so-called "top" for our range of mattresses.

Its characteristic is to follow the shape of the body giving a relaxing sensation.

The factor that makes this additional mattress special, we developed and realized, is the integration of a springing "micro" system not perceivable as wrapped by the bamboo fiber. Therefore vitally preset for its function but not perceptible by the user.

As an additional choice to the customer, you are also given here, the possibility of having the top with two sides differentiated. This to provide a further function of use, providing an extra side from a soft part to a cooler side highlighted by a blue ribbon.

Then the cloud is the essential integration for those seeking excellence in healthy sleep.

The fabric, also available in other variants at the discretion of the customer, is a 5-satin damask.

As an independent additional version is also offered on request a "Top Cheval", containing only English blonde horsehair, with different characteristics from "Cloud" and consequently with perspiration and return quality especially enhanced.

 “Dopo attenti sviluppi di sostegno e comfort, siamo lieti di offrire non solo un prodotto qualitativo già evoluto, ma il primo materasso di lusso Italiano”;

 

Roosevelt è l’unico prodotto della nostra gamma acquistabile in due versioni distinte e personalizzabile per quanto riguarda I rivestimenti esterni.
Roosevelt può essere venduto a scelta con una delle due tipologie di molleggi di cui sotto.
Il primo, denominato “Classic”, presenta un molleggio Bonnell rinforzato realizzato esclusivamente secondo nostre particolari specifiche che ne aumentano sia la durata che la resistenza nel tempo.
Il secondo modello invece include l’architettura “Natural MemoryⓇ”. Quest’ultima e’ la nostra innovazione. Attraverso studi di durata, sostegno ed accoglienza con relativa costruzione di prototipi, abbiamo creato il perfetto sostituto del conosciuto memory industriale, con la sostanziale differenza data dal solo utilizzo di materiali naturali pregiati.
La possibilità unica per il cliente continua con la scelta per le finiture esterne del materasso. Considerando quindi il nostro prodotto come nuovo complemento di arredo che non sfigura senza coperture, conferendogli una caratteristica sia ecologica che di freschezza progettuale.
Materiali naturali di origine vegetale come la soia, il lino greggio “Flax” e il cotone organico, nel modello Roosevelt “Classic” dimostrano un prodotto attento all’ambiente oltre che a un tipo di clientela che cerca prodotti anallergici. Il contenuto di questo modello in particolare adotta esclusivamente materiali eco compatibili. Senza tralasciare la polpa di legno, detta “Tencel Fill”, che enfatizza la purezza del contenuto di questo prodotto attribuendogli i valori uniformi all’andamento verso una cultura sempre più atta alla sostenibilità.

 

 

La versione “Natural MemoryⓇ” sviluppata con un obbiettivo differente dal primo, oltre alla adozione del nostro molleggio stratificato aggiuntivo sul lato invernale, adotta altri tipi di materiali più esclusivi di origine animale. L’adozione di una maggior quantita’ di pura lana, oltre al cotone organico e alla pura “Seta Tussah” assieme ai molleggi ne attribuisce una portanza efficace per la massa corporea, andando a lavorare in maniera stratificata (vedi brochure). Il nostro prodotto nella versione “Natural MemoryⓇ” con I micromolleggi superficiali segue la forma corporea senza però cedere, con l’uso ed il calore, in eventuali incassamenti che possono provocare mal di schiena o sensazione di scomodità all’utente. Lo strato di molleggio sottostante invece è atto alla funzione portante, senza sconfinare nel rigido, in quanto ancor piu’ progressivo nel cedimento, tale da consentire una distensione del fisico terapeutica ed ergonomica.
In conclusione la proposta del modello Roosevelt é la soluzione derivante dalla sua estrema sensibilità verso le richieste di mercato odierne e future.

 

 

Il tessuto, disponibile anche in altre varianti a discrezione del cliente, è un beige rasatello Indanthren/bianco lucido uniforme damascato doppio ritorto.

 

A richiesta per attività come resort, bed and breakfast, hotel, ecc. richiedenti prodotti conformi al DM 9/4/1994 la possibilità di realizzare il nostro materasso in tessuto ignifugo (idoneo per limite di REI30).

Roosevelt is the only product of our affordable range in two distinct versions, and customizable as far as the external cladding. Roosevelt can be sold at choice with one of the two types of spring units referred below.
The first, called "Classic", presents a Bonnell spring system reinforced realized exclusively according to our particular specifications which increase both the duration and resistance in time.

 

The second model instead includes the architecture "Natural MemoryⓇ". Our own innovation. Through studies of longer duration, support and comfort with its construction of prototypes, we have created the perfect replacement of the known industrial memory, the major difference being given by the use of only natural materials.

The adoption of a greater amount of pure wool, as well as organic cotton and pure "Tussah silk" together with the spring units combines an effective lift for body mass, which works in a layers (see brochure). Our product in the "Natural MemoryⓇ" specification contains superficial micro springs that follows the body shape without yielding, with the use and heat, in any recesses that can cause back pain or a feeling of discomfort to the user. The springing layer below instead of is adapted to the load bearing function, without encroaching into the rigid, with an effect of progressive resistance to compression, such as to allow an ergonomic and therapeutic physical relaxation.
